Will of Reuben Randall Tyner

I Reuben Randall Tyner, of Ochelata Indian Teritory, Being of sound mind
and memory, do here by make, publish, and declare this to be my last will
and testament, herby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any
hereto fore made.
I order and direct my executors as soon after my death as possible to pay
off and discharge all debts and liabilities that may exist against me at the
time of my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my wife Almyra V. Tyner and my daughters, Laura,
A. Tyner and Lulu Maud Tyner all of my household and kitchen furniture. They
to share equally in same. I also give and bequeath unto my wife and daughters
above named a One 1/8 Eighth interest each in and to all of my estate other
than the household and kitchen furniture above referred to and One Hundred
($150.00) Fifty Dollars which I otherwise dispose of.
I give and bequeath to my sons George Emmett Tyner, Leonard Paul Tyner and
Junes Weaver Tyner a five (5/8) Eighth interest in and to all of my estate
of what soever nature with exception of the household and kitchen furniture
and the One Hundred and ($150.00) Fifty Dollars above referred to. The three
sons above named to share equally in the said (5/8) Five o Eighths interest
of said estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Flora May Greenwood Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
cash.
I give and bequeath to my daughter, Emma Alice Byers Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
cash.
I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Ruby Wallace. Twenty five dollars
cash.
I give and bequeath to my grand son William Wallace twenty five Dollars cash
My estate consists of One hundred head of cattle, mixed bunch - thirty nine
head of horses and mares - Farm Improvements covering about three hundred
and fifty acres of land in Cherokee Nation Indian Territory near the Post
Office above stated - Farm implements of the value of about two hundred ($2OO.00)
Dollars. Cash in bank at Coffeyville Ks about ($1OOO.00) One Thousand Dollars.
Notes and- accounts due me in the sum of about ($350.00). Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars and one five room house located in the town of Ochelata I.T. said
being used as a dwelling house.

I hereby nominate and appoint George Emmett Tyner as the executor of this
my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed
my name this the 27 day of June A.D. 19O2
The above and fore going instrument was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by the said Reuben Randall Tyner as and for his last will and testament, in the presence, of us, who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribe our names as witnesses.

Received of G.E. Tyner Fifty Dollars in full satisfaction and claim as heirs
and legatee in the estate of R.R. Tyner my father and by the acceptance of
the above money I hereby assent to a settlement of all the said estate outside
of the courts to save the expense of the same

claim as heir and legatee in the estate of R.R. Tyner, my father, and by the
acceptance of the above amount I hereby assent to a settlement of all the
said estate outside of the courts to save the expense of the same

Received of G.E. Tyner Fifty Dollars in full payment of the amount due Ruby
Wallace and William Wallace, minor children and my son and daughter who are
heirs and legatees in the will of R.R. Tyner and I do hereby accept for my
said children the above money and hereby assent to a settlement of the said
estate outside of the courts to save the expense of the same
